The Nuts and Bolts of Drawing - Starting at the Beginning with Claire Hurrey (Tuesdays)

Have you ever started a painting and felt less than confident about your original drawing?  This class will help you see with a fresh perspective and help you make great progress in accurately rendering the essential elements of any subject. Claire will guide you, step by step, introducing line quality, value scale, negative shapes and the mechanics of drawing.  When an artist renders something with the correct tools for proper proportion and arrangement of form, the creative experience becomes one of enjoyment and ease. These skills can be learned by anyone, and like tools in a tool box, they are always there to apply to every composition you create. Artists at all levels of skill are welcome.
